IL CLAY is a duo-concept dining destination in Clarke Quay — a vibrant Neapolitan pizzeria and Mediterranean restaurant out front, and Behind Clay, an Asian Fusion dining lounge concealed behind the wood-fired oven.
Helmed by award-winning Neapolitan pizza maestro Chef Ciro Sorrentino, IL CLAY delivers handcrafted pizzas made with his signature 48-hour proofed dough, alongside bold Mediterranean plates and inventive cocktails.
Find the door behind the oven and the room reveals itself. At Behind Clay, Chef Ciro's Italian fire meets Chef Yip's twenty years of contemporary Chinese mastery, with plates and skewers from the fire paired with mixologist Voon's Duetti Collection cocktails. A place made for slow evenings and good company.

By day, IL CLAY serves up authentic Neapolitan pizzas and elevated Italian-Mediterranean fare. From 5PM daily, Behind Clay opens behind the wood-fired oven — an Asian Fusion dining lounge with plates from the fire, crafted cocktails, and evenings made to linger.
The space features an elegant indoor setting and a pet-friendly alfresco terrace, offering a seamless experience from daytime dining to late-night lounging.
